This session was held as part of Open Access Week (Oct 19-26, 2020), and was a conversation with Steven Chang from La Trobe University Library and Jennifer Hurley from RMIT University Library. It was hosted online via Zoom on October 21st 2020.
Steven and Jennifer discussed their experiences of supporting academic authors to publish their work as open educational resources. The focus was on exploring the lessons learned from our approaches to supporting authors to share their work.
This session was targeted for both academic authors and librarians wanting to understand how libraries can enable open publishing at an institutional level and promote open practices in Australian higher education.
