This report summarises the history of Creative Arts Therapies in the geographic regions of Australia, Asia and Aotearoa New Zealand. It demonstrates that Creative Art Therapies have grown from “surviving to thriving” both in terms of the standards of the profession, the rigour of its evidence base and its capacity to ensure clients who use Creative Arts Therapy, can also move from surviving to thriving as a result of their work with a professional creative arts therapist. It explains the role of ANZACATA as the regulatory body and it uses academic references to demonstrate how Creative Arts Therapy helps with a range of issues and problems. It is free in our website shop.

https://anzacata.org/Sys/Store/Products/390670
