At ARCSHS, our research tells us a lot about the impact that gender affirmation has on the lives of trans and gender diverse people of all ages. We have conducted a series of innovative new analyses to understand trans affirming experiences. These new analyses have been published in academic peer-reviewed journal articles. We provide here a summary and synthesis of this important collection of research in order to help inform and shape policy and practice interventions for trans and gender diverse people in Australia.
