La Trobe University’s Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre (OTARC) welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback on the draft National Autism Strategy (the draft Strategy) to the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services (DSS). I have attached our response, which focuses on providing evidence-based, community-driven recommendations. OTARC's researchers, lived experience experts, and formal Autvisory committee feedback informs our recommendations.
