La Trobe University, led by the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre, response to the Select Committee on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention's Inquiry into Mental Health and Suicide Prevention in Australia. The focus of this submission was to provide evidence-based, community-driven recommendations that will benefit autistic Australians. In making recommendations we drew on evidence from national and international published works and from the OTARC research studies and collaborators work in Victoria, Australia.
