Fair Game Respect Matters (FGRM) is a cultural change program for establishing safe, respectful sporting club environments, as part of a greater strategy to prevent violence against women and girls. This report aims to establish an evidence base for the introduction of a culture change program to introduce equal and respectful relationships in country football/netball clubs, and make recommendations for the roll out of FGRM in the Ballarat Football/Netball League in 2012. In this section we summarise the main findings of the research and recommendations for action.
