This report contains three chapters. The first examines the response of physico‐chemistry, nutrients, phytoplankton, periphyton and zooplankton to the inundation of sediments from Thegoa Lagoon. The second chapter examines the response of the seed bank to rewetting. The third synthesises the main findings of the first two chapters and provides recommendations for management.
