Determination of self incompatibility groupings for Pyrus communis cultivars

La Trobe University is pleased to provide this final report to ANFIC. We have established the S-RNASe allele determination methodology in our laboratory, and have determined both S-RNAse alleles of 24 cultivars, and a single S-RNAse allele in an additional 9 cultivars, including confirmed the genotype of several established varieties (including Williams, Packhams and Housi).
