<p dir="ltr">The report is authored by PWDA (People with Disability Australia), Women with Disabilities Australia and five academics. We welcome the opportunity to provide this submission to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (UNWGAD) in advance of its 2025 Australia country visit. This submission provides information about the places in which people with disability are arbitrarily detained in Australia and the human rights violations that occur in those places.
