An online presentation based on the paper: What Is Autistic Burnout? A Thematic Analysis of Posts on Two Online Platforms (published September 2021).

The paper aimed to investigate the lived experience of autistic burnout* among autistic adults via public social media posts, to characterise the features and impact of autistic burnout, and to identify strategies for prevention and recovery.

This presentation was created by Alexandra Haschek (OTARC Research Officer) and Melinda Denham (OTARC Communications Coordinator) of the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre (OTARC), La Trobe University.
