Sleep and Young Autistic Adults

Autism CRC's longitudinal study on school leavers (SASLA) found that around 60% of participants on the autism spectrum (age 15-25 years) reported poor sleep quality. The following brochure offers some simple things young autistic adults can do to get better sleep.
