Linear mixed models for agricultural researchers with ASReml-R

In this session, I will explain the motivation and intuition behind building some statistical models to analyse data from plant breeding programs. These models will include linear mixed models, factor analytic models and spatial models for prediction of genotype-by-environment effects. I will demonstrate how to fit each of these models using ASReml-R in addition to explaining how to interpret the results.<div><br></div><div><p>© Emi Tanaka</p><br></div>
