This interview was conducted as part of research conducted by Allan Illingworth and Elisabeth Fareua on the reform process in Vanuatu which led to the introduction of reserved seats for women in municipal councils. The research was commissioned by the The Asia Foundation using funding from DFAT. The interviewee - Dorosday Kenneth-Watson, a former Director of Women's Affairs - was instrumental in the reform process.
