This repository contains processed topsoil ITS data from the Australian Microbiome Initiative, covering over 2000 plots in Australia and Antarctica. Our bioinformatic analysis followed a conservative approach and best practices in metabarcoding. We paired this dataset with over 100 predictor variables to fast-track data exploration.
