The Australian Microbiome Initiative for accurate detection and ecological modelling of fungi

<p dir="ltr">This repository contains processed topsoil ITS data from the <a href="https://www.australianmicrobiome.com/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Australian Microbiome Initiative</a>, covering over 2000 plots in Australia and Antarctica. Our bioinformatic analysis followed a conservative approach and best practices in metabarcoding. We paired this dataset with over 100 predictor variables to fast-track data exploration.
