Datasets related to cross-sectional survey

Datasets generated from a survey undertaken in 2020. Participants were adults with one or more chronic health conditions. The survey consisted of a series of already validated self-report questionnaires assessing different aspects of patient capacity, and treatment burden related to the management of chronic health conditions.
