This data set is uploaded as supporting information for the publication entitled:

Fusing ToF-SIMS images for spatial-spectral resolution enhancement using a convolutional neural network


Files are as follows:

gold_mesh_data.mat - MATLAB workspace file containing peak-picked ToF-SIMS data (hyperspectral array) for the gold mesh sample.

tumor_tissue_data.mat - MATLAB workspace file containing peak-picked ToF-SIMS data (hyperspectral array) for the tumor tissue sample.
