This publication accompanied the exhibition Two Way Traffic - Émigré artists represented in the La Trobe University art collection at La Trobe University Museum of Art, Melbourne, 29 April to 13 June 2008. Curated by Sheridan Palmer. The exhibition included sculpture and painting made between 1933 and 1973 by Australian and European artists who had migrated from post-war Europe to Australia. This exhibition explores the valuable contribution European migrants have made to Australian art and culture. The publication includes an essay by Sheridan Palmer, a catalogue of works and, 5 illustrations (colour).
