Mutable Truths

This publication accompanied the exhibition Mutable Truths, a group exhibition including Poklong Anading, Martha Atienza, Lyle Buencamino, Charles Buenconsejo, Buen Calubayan, Marina Cruz, Leeroy New, Kawayan De Guia, Mark Salvatus, Ronald Ventura, at La Trobe Art Institute, Bendigo, 15 March to 30 April 2017. This exhibition celebrates a decade long Art Exchange Program between Ateneo de Manila University and La Trobe University, and includes the ten recipients from 2005 to 2014. The works included are a snapshot of contemporary art in the Philippines and cover sculpture, video, painting, sound and installation. The publication includes introductions by Ma. Victoria T Herrera, Yael A. Buencamina, Ramon E. S. Lerma, Vincent Alessi, Trevor Hogan and essay by Ma Victoria T. Herrera, individual artist profiles and 41 illustrations (colour).
