Form, subjectivity, paradox

This publication accompanied the exhibition, Form, Subjectivity, Paradox, a solo exhibition by New York based Australian artist Denise Green at La Trobe Art Institute, Bendigo 15 April to 31 May 2015. The works include photographic prints, painting and installation. The 'Bendigo' series include images of dams in and around Bendigo taken by Green which are disrupted by the artists drawings via collage. The two installations, made up of a greater series of printed paper collages are based on the chromatic principles of Josef Albers. The publication includes an essay by Ingrid Perez, curriculum vitae and 10 illustrations (colour).
